Kellogg International Scholarships at Carleton College, USA for Bachelor Established in 1866, Carleton College is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the rural setting of the medium-sized town of Northfield (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Minnesota. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Higher Learning Commission, Carleton College is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Carleton College offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 153 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 20-30% making this US higher education organization a very selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: Students can use Common or Coalition Application, or QuestBridge to apply at Carleton. Students must add International Student Financial Aid Application and the Certification of Finances form to be considered for the grant. 
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
  • Transcript 
  • High school counselor recommendation 
  • Two academic teacher recommendation 
  • Admission Requirements: Students must submit their applications via the online portals of the college. Students can also submit ACT or SAT scores. 
  • Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests: 
  • IBT (internet-based TOEFL) – 100 and above
  • PBT (paper-based TOEFL) – 600 and above
  • CPT (computer-based TOEFL) – 250 and above
  • IELTS – 7.0 and above
  • Duolingo English Test – 120 and above
