Kalman Award for International Heritage Studies, Canada for Bachelor Founded in 1963, University of Victoria is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Victoria (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), British Columbia. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Students from all nationalities are eligible to apply.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship is available for students enrolled in:
  • Diploma in Cultural Resource Management
  • Graduate Professional Certificate in Cultural Heritage Studies
  • Any degree program at the University of Victoria
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Be full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate students
  • Have completed a minimum of 12.0 units for credit, with at least 10.5 units graded using the standard nine-point scale in two of the three terms of study in the previous academic year (May to April)
  • Be undertaking an international heritage work or learning experience
  • Meet the academic and program-specific requirements of their respective courses.

Application Process

  • Have a  NetLink ID
  • Go to  www.uvic.ca and sign into your UVic Online tools account using your NetLink ID
  • Select “Student Services” on the top menu
  • Select “Awards and financial aid” under “Finances”
  • Select “View My Student Aid”
  • Enter the Aid Year and Aid Period
  • Select “Accept” on the scholarship(s) you have been offered
