Eligibility Criteria

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in the disciplines of economics or econometrics.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • Be a post-confirmation PhD student at a Russell Group University in the UK or at the University of Melbourne.
  • Be undertaking research in the disciplines of economics or econometrics.
  • Discuss the application with and have the approval of their PhD supervisor.
  • Be enrolled full-time for the duration of the scholarship.
  • Be able to commence the overseas study within 12 months.
  • Not be due to complete their degree before or during the period of the scholarship.

Offered Benefits

Approximately $40,000 to support a period of up to 12 months of overseas study.

Application: Students should submit an online application including:
