Politecnico di Torino is pleased to announce the IUPALS Scholarship Program for the 2025–2026 academic year for Palestinian students residing in the Palestinian Territories. The scholarships support enrollment in English-taught Master of Science programs in Engineering, Architecture, or Urban and Regional Planning. Funded in collaboration with CRUI, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other partners, the program includes tuition fee waivers, a €12,000 annual scholarship, Italian language courses, accommodation support, and additional student services.

To be eligible for the IUPALS scholarship, applicants must be Palestinian nationals currently residing in the Palestinian Territories and hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) that qualifies them for admission to a Master of Science program in Italy. They must meet the academic and curricular requirements of their chosen MSc program at Politecnico di Torino and demonstrate English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

IUPALS Scholarship Program in Italy for Master Established in 1859, Politecnico di Torino (Polytechnic University of Turin) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the medium-sized city of Turin (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Piemonte. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministero dell'Istruzione, dell'Università e della Ricerca, Italia (Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, Italy), Politecnico di Torino (POLITO) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Politecnico di Torino (POLITO) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Palestinian Territories
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects:
    Master of Science programs taught in English at Politecnico di Torino in the fields of Engineering, Architecture, and Urban and Regional Planning (see Annex 1 of the official call).
  • Admissible Criteria: Applicants must:
    • Have Palestinian nationality and reside in the Palestinian Territories
    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, EQF Level 6) qualifying them for Master’s level study (EQF Level 7)
    • Meet the academic and curricular requirements of the chosen MSc program at Politecnico di Torino
    • Have never been enrolled in any degree program at an Italian university
    • Provide an English Language Certificate (B2 level or higher) or a signed self-declaration (see Annex 2)
    • Apply to only one participating university and up to two MSc programs at Politecnico di Torino
