University College London Qatar is a private higher education institution located in the large city of Doha (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Ad-Dawhah. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Qatar, University College London Qatar (UCL Qatar) is a coeducational higher education institution. University College London Qatar (UCL Qatar) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for the Centenary Master’s Scholarships, candidates should:
- Be domiciled in an eligible low or lower-middle income country according to the World Bank classification
- Have an official unconditional offer letter to study a full time Master's degree at IOE (letter issued by UCL Admissions)
- Not have studied or lived in the UK before.
Please note that these scholarships are not available for the MA/MSc Educational Neuroscience or for any online courses.
The Centenary Master’s Scholarships are available for students who are domiciled in low or lower-middle income countries according to the World Bank classification. The full list of eligible countries for the 2026-27 is:
