Introducing the Global Excellence Scholarship Founded in 1911, The University of Western Australia is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small town of Crawley (population range of 2,500-9,999 inhabitants), Western Australia. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Australia, The University of Western Australia (UWA) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 25,000-29,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. The University of Western Australia (UWA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 108 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

  • Have achieved an equivalent:
  • Minimum ATAR 85.00
  • Minimum WAM 65.00
  • If studying an approved International Academic Pathway (Articulation Program), students must have achieved a WAM equivalent of more than 75.00

Offered Benefits

The Scholarship is an annual tuition fee discount for the normal full-time duration of the awardee’s course as specified in their letter of offer. The value of the Scholarship is determined by the applicant’s equivalent Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) or UWA weighted average mark (WAM).

This significant scholarship will be awarded to high-achieving undergraduate and postgraduate students from selected countries who apply for particular courses at the University.
