International Undergraduate Scholarship at Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland for Bachelor Established in 1970, Waterford Institute of Technology is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the medium-sized town of Waterford (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), County Waterford. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Skills, Ireland, Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Application Process

  • How to Apply: For being considered for the award, students are required to enrol in the bachelor’s degree program or advanced entry at the university. After taking confirmation, you are eligible to apply for the award.
  • Supporting Documents: Candidates have to submit the scanned copies of your CV, transcripts and copy of passport.
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants have to meet the following criteria:
  • You should be at least 17 years of age in January of the year of entry.
  • Students must have a High School Diploma, with good grades in English and Mathematics and at least four other subjects, on average + 60%.
  • Language Requirement: Students must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent is required (with a minimum of 6.0 in each band).

Benefits: The Waterford Institute of Technology will cover the 20% reduction in tuition fee for the students.
