Applicants must hold a PhD in Chemistry, with a focus on Organic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, or a closely related field. They should have excellent English skills, demonstrated through the authorship of scientific manuscripts, and substantial experience leading high-quality research projects, as shown by first-author publications.
