  • Admissible Criteria: To qualify, applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • A PhD in Engineering with a strong background in the field of textiles/apparel.
  • Proven experimental skills in textile thermal properties as well as expertise in modelling human thermos-physiology and textile comfort
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, student supervision and project coordination skills
  • Priority will be given to applicants currently eligible to work in Canada

  • The successful candidates will be directly working in the project on Metrics for comfort assessment and prediction part of the cluster in close partnership with Lululemon, and The University of Alberta.
  • The successful candidate will work with other students in advanced machine learning, human kinetics, thermal modelling, and textile materials science & engineering.
