International PhD Student Position in Deep Learning/Computer Vision/Computational Biology for Bioimage Analysis

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Countries: Open to international applicants
• Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship is awarded in the fields of bioinformatics, systems biology, computer science, and related areas
• Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:
• Hold or be in the final stages of obtaining an MSc degree in bioinformatics, systems biology, computer science, or related fields
• Have a background in molecular and cancer biology
• Demonstrate experience in NGS, bioimage, or spatial tissue analysis
• Possess a solid understanding of statistics and mathematical principles
• Show proven experience in machine learning and deep learning, especially computer vision
• Be skilled in maintaining code repositories and proficient in deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
