Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any subject offered by Aalborg University
Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet the following criteria:

Hold a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or similar from an internationally recognized university.

Master’s thesis covering areas such as microbial genomics, metagenomes, genome annotation, and bioinformatics.

Practical experience analyzing large sets of microbial genomes and working with various omic methods.

Practical experience with programming in R.

Good collaboration skills, team spirit, ability to work independently, and an excellent level of both spoken and written English.
