  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:
    • Hold a Master by Research, a Master by Coursework with a high distinction research component, or a first-class Honours degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
    • Have an excellent academic background in chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, polymer science, or biomedical engineering.
    • Possess relevant research experience and publications (highly desirable).
    • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary research team.
    • Meet RMIT’s entry requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy, including English language requirements.

Offered Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a three-year stipend to support their research in mRNA delivery and nanobiotechnology. The project provides extensive training opportunities in nanoparticle formulation, colloid and surface chemistry characterization, and bio-nanomaterial evaluation both in vitro and in vivo.
