This fully funded position invites applications from candidates interested in exploring diverse research themes, including collective leadership, responsible leadership, and the impact of AI on organizations.
To qualify for the PhD scholarship, applicants must hold a master’s degree with strong academic performance, achieving a minimum grade of 10 on the Danish grading scale for their thesis. Offered Benefits
The PhD scholarship is fully funded and provides a monthly salary (approximately DKK 28,993 – DKK 35,015) with pension contributions. It includes teaching obligations and covers tuition, office space, and travel costs for research activities.
