Eligibility Criteria

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for a PhD in AI Assessment, focusing on topics like AI in assessment design and delivery, and AI as a feedback provider.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • Sound working knowledge of educational assessment and educational psychology.
  • Undergraduate and Master’s degrees (completed or close to completion) with a significant research methods component.
  • Ability to conceptualize research projects related to AI assessment.
  • High competence in written and oral English communication.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Offered Benefits

An annual package of up to €34,500 per annum for up to 4 years, including:

  • Fee contribution of up to €5,000 per annum
  • Tax-exempt stipend of €25,000 per annum
  • Research expense funding of €4,500 per annum for materials, software, research stays, and travel to conferences.

Note: The draft proposal demonstrates necessary competencies and will likely undergo refinement post-selection.
