  • Eligible Course or Subjects:  Candidates must apply for PhD level study programme at the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Eindhoven University of Technology. 
  • Eligibility Criteria:  To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must have experience with quantum or classical cryptography.

The successfully selected PhD candidates can expect to receive the following benefits by the Eindhoven University of Technology: 

  • Full-time employment for four years, with an intermediate evaluation (go/no-go) after nine months.

  • A year-end bonus of 8.3% and annual vacation pay of 8%.

  • Brief description of MSc thesis.
  • Extract of the grades acquired in the courses for BSc and MSc studies
  • Admission Requirements:  The applicants must have a master’s degree (or an equivalent university degree) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications related area with strong cybersecurity background.
  • Language Requirement:  The applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English.
