Offered Benefits
The successful candidate will receive the following benefits in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities:
- Starting salary of € 2,770 gross per month in the first year, increasing to a maximum of € 3,539 gross per month in the fourth and final year.
- 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% end-of-the-year bonus.
- The position is for a period of 4 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance evaluation.
