The University of Copenhagen is providing the International PhD Fellowships in Biointerfaces in Denmark. The programme is open for international and domestic students for the academic year 2021-2022.

The funding program assists deserving students who want to commence a PhD degree at the university. There are two positions on different aspects of the interface between particles and the gut.

  • Eligible Countries: Both, Denmark nationals as well as students from all other international countries are eligible to apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: PhD degree in Biointerfaces
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • Qualifications corresponding to a master’s degree in physical chemistry, physics, chemical engineering (for first position), analytical chemistry, proteomics, lipidomics, glycomics or related areas (second position) prior to the starting date
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills

Offered Benefits

The successfully selected applicant for the position will receive the monthly salary begins around DKK 27,568 (approx. EUR 3,676) (taxable) plus pension (February 2021 level).
