The award’s purpose is to provide financial support for both domestic and international students commencing the PhD degree program at the university.

Offered Benefits
The University of Copenhagen will provide a salary currently at a minimum of DKK 330,284 (approx. €44,000), including an annual supplement (+ pension at a minimum of DKK 53,674). Negotiation for a salary supplement is possible. In addition, a family allowance of €3,000 is possible.
