The University of Cincinnati is proud to announce the International Outreach Scholarships in the USA. The applications are open for the academic year 2021-2022.

The Award can be taken in the uptown or regional campus of the university by international students who have excellent merit and want to pursue an undergraduate degree at UC. The winner will receive $1,500 to $8,000 per year.

International Outreach Scholarships at University of Cincinnati, USA for Bachelor Established in 1819, University of Cincinnati is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Cincinnati (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Ohio. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Higher Learning Commission, University of Cincinnati (UC) is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: 40,000-44,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Cincinnati (UC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 200 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 70-80% making this US higher education organization a somewhat selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Candidates from any international country outside the US are eligible to apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Undergraduate level study programme taught at UC is eligible to apply for.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • Applicants must hold a high school certificate or university degree from outside the USA.

Offered Benefits

The selected applicants will be given $1,500 per year for up to 2 years and $8,000 per year up to 4 years towards the tuition fee of the undertaken undergraduate degree programme by UC.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: Students can apply to UC through its official portal or through the Common Application Students who are offered admission at UC will be considered.
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
  • High school transcripts
  • Letter o recommendation
  • Admission Requirements: The applicants must have attained an ACT score of 23 or SAT score of 1130.
  • Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
  • TOEFL – 79
  • IELTS – 6.5
  • ELS – 112
  • Duolingo PET
