International Office DAAD STIBET Scholarships, Germany Founded in 1870, Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen (RWTH Aachen University) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Aachen (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), North Rhine-Westphalia. Application Process

    • Certificate of enrollment

    • CV

    • Current transcript with GPA

    • Passport copy and residence permit (if applicable)

    • Last three months’ bank statements (including joint accounts if married)

    • Proof of employment and pay slips if applicable

    • BAföG notification or rejection letter (if applicable)

    • Proof of intercultural engagement (minimum two activities)

    • Letter of recommendation from an RWTH professor

    • Academic advisor’s expert opinion on academic achievements

  • Only complete applications submitted by the deadline will be considered.

  • Applicants must notify the International Office immediately of any personal or financial changes.
