International MRes/MPhil Interdisciplinary Excellence Awards in UK for Master


If you have a desire to conduct research and enjoy innovative projects in the UK, then you can apply for this MRes/MPhil Interdisciplinary Excellence Awards funded by the University of Strathclyde.

There are four funding opportunities that encourage students who want to undertake a postgraduate research degree programme for the academic year 2021/2022.

International MRes/MPhil Interdisciplinary Excellence Awards in UK for Master Founded in 1964, University of Strathclyde is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Glasgow (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Scotland. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University of Strathclyde is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Strathclyde offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All nationalities
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Postgraduate Research programme in Architecture, Education, English, History, Law, Modern languages, Journalism, Creative writing, French, Spanish, Gender studies
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Students should hold a First Class undergraduate degree (or equivalent).

Offered Benefits

The University of Strathclyde will provide four studentships covering £4,500 to the successful candidates for the academic year 2021/2022.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: If you want to be enlisted in this educational program, you must take admission in the Postgraduate Research at the University of Strathclyde. After being registered, you must complete an online application by uploading your documents.
  • Supporting Documents: You must submit a cover letter, a CV, relevant qualification transcripts, two references, and an outline research proposal with your application.
  • Admission Requirements: For taking admission, you need to meet entry requirements for your chosen program.
