The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit. All international undergraduate students can enter this application programme to win a maximum of $22,000 to cover their tuition costs.

  • How to Apply: The applicants can apply to Saint Rose via the Common Application or the university’s very own application portal. Students that meet the eligibility criteria will be considered.
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:

  • Certification of Finances
  • Essay
  • Copy of driver’s license
  • Statement of purpose of their visit to the U.S.
  • Copy of their passport
  • Admission Requirements: The students are required to submit all necessary documents.
  • Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
