International Graduate Student Scholarships in USA Founded in 1873, Southeast Missouri State University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the rural setting of the medium-sized town of Cape Girardeau (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Missouri. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Higher Learning Commission, Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 146 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. Application Process

  • How to Apply: For applying, candidates have to enroll in the graduate degree programme at the university.
  • Supporting Documents: Must attach your copy of passport, academic transcripts, affidavit of financial support, and proof of finances and email it to
  • Admission Requirements: Students must submit standardized test scores of ACT and SAT.
  • Language Requirement: If English is not your first language, you will need to provide evidence that your English language proficiency is adequate for admission
