International Excellence Scholarships at University of Oregon in USA Established in 1876, University of Oregon is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Eugene (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Oregon. The award provides financial support up to $60,000 over four years – $15,000 per year for the students.

  • Transcripts from the University of Oregon or Most Recent Academic Institution
  • Two Letters of Recommendation

  • Admission Requirements: To be a competitive candidate for admission to the UO, they recommend at least a B average or a 3.00-grade point average (GPA) on a 4.00 scale.
