Imperial College London A&BK Scholarship in the Department of Chemical Engineering, UK for Bachelor Established in 1907, Imperial College London is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of London (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, Imperial College London is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Imperial College London offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Open to all eligible Home fee status students
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Undergraduate courses in the Department of Chemical Engineering
  • Admissible Criteria:
  • Household income of £42,000 or less confirmed by the local funding authority (SFE, SFW, SAAS or SFNI)
  • Possess a Home fee status
  • Classed as from a ‘widening participation’ background and qualify for contextual admissions schemes
  • Plan to commence their undergraduate course in the Department of Chemical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering in 2024/25
  • Have an offer of admission from the College to study a three-year or four-year full-time undergraduate course in the Department of Chemical Engineering.

Offered Benefits

  • One scholarship available for 2024/25
  • £20,000 per year cash bursary, payable for a maximum of 4 academic years
  • Scholarships shall cover relevant tuition fees, with remaining funds paid as a maintenance grant
  • Award is for a maximum of 4 years, excluding repeat periods of study

Application Process

  • How to Apply: In order to apply for this funding programme, students must take admission in Undergraduate programs at the university. After being enrolled, they will complete an online application form for this scholarship.
  • Supporting Documents: At the time of admission, you must provide the following:
  • Pre-qualification degree
  • Copies of academic transcripts and award
  • Certificates of English language proficiency
  • A statement
  • A copy of passport
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants must meet the entry requirements for their chosen undergraduate program at Imperial College London.
  • Language Requirement: Students must meet English language requirements to be able to study at the university.
