All criteria must be met.

High School seniors graduating in 2025 in SD61-Victoria, SD62WestShore, SD63-Saanich
Born in India or a child of Indian-born parent(s): Permanent Resident, Naturalized Citizen, or Canada-born Citizen
Accepted into 2- or 4-year college/university anywhere in the world
Demonstrate commitment to improving society, and
Demonstrate need for financial support (proof may be requested)
