The programme aims to support international students who are going to enrol in the undergraduate degree programme at the university.

IB Scholarships for International Students at Brandon University, Canada for Bachelor Founded in 1899, Brandon University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Brandon (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Manitoba. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Manitoba, Brandon University (BU) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Brandon University (BU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 120 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To apply for the programme, students have to take admission in the undergraduate degree programme at the university.
  • Supporting Documents: If you are currently in high school, send your application, application fee and interim high school transcript.
  • Admission Requirements: Students with an International Baccalaureate Diploma with an overall score of 24 points are considered to have the equivalent of Manitoba High School Graduation for purposes of admission to Brandon University.
  • Language Requirement: Students whose primary language is not English will be required to submit evidence acceptable to the University or faculty in English.

Benefits: Brandon University will provide the amount of $2, 800 for students to cover their educational expenses in Canada.
