IAS 2024 Research for Cure Academy Fellowship for Developing Countries


The Research-for-Cure Academy, organized in partnership with the South African Department of Science and Innovation and the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of the Witwatersrand, will award fellowships to about 15 early- to mid-career investigators or clinical scientists to participate in a series of interactive workshops. Additionally, it is for people in countries with limited resources for HIV cure research who want to work toward an HIV cure.

IAS 2024 Research for Cure Academy Fellowship for Developing Countries Founded in 1922, University of the Witwatersrand is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Johannesburg (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Gauteng.
