Established in 1986, I-Shou University is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large city of Kaohsiung City (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Kaohsiung. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Education, Republic of China (Taiwan), I-Shou University (ISU) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. I-Shou University (ISU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Offered Benefits
The I-Shou University will provide an award value in the following manner:
- The aid amount for new international students (hereinafter referred to as “the new student”) ranges between NT$40,000 and NT$175,000 per person. The aid amount will be equally divided by two and awarded in two separate semesters after being approved by the Scholarship Committee for International Students (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”).
- For continuing international students (hereinafter referred to as “the continuing student;” excluding those granted or continuing to receive the program for new students), the minimum aid amount is NT$10,000 per person, up to an amount equal to the sum of the tuition and other required fees payable. The aid amount will be awarded in the semester of approval after being approved by the Committee.
