Applications are open for the HiiL WA Justice Hackathon 2022. The justice hackathon with the theme – Justice For the User, By the User (Justice FUBU) will focus on identifying unique innovations that are solving justice issues around:

  • Family disputes e.g abuse, divorce, land, emergency response services.
  • Money related justice issues. e.g fraud, theft associated with lending & borrowing money, financial services (payments, savings, wallets) for the unbanked and underbanked.

Through this hackathon, HiiL hopes to discover innovative solutions that will grow into sustainable and scalable game-changing startups.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to law students, lawyers, entrepreneurs, technology enthusiasts, social justice enthusiasts – anyone interested in creating solutions that help everyday people prevent or resolve their most pressing justice needs.
  • Applicants must be resident in Nigeria to apply.
