Candidates must hold an offer for a first-year undergraduate degree at the Birmingham UK campus starting in 2026, be domiciled in Turkey, and be able to pay tuition fees not covered by the scholarship. They should also submit their scholarship application by the deadline and commit to supporting university outreach activities.
