Hertie School Fellowship

The Hertie School Fellowship is an opportunity for all MPP and MIA applicants who receive a stipend from one of the German Begabtenförderungswerke (Sponsorship Organisations): They will be offered a 25% tuition waiver upon admission to the Hertie School of Governance.

In addition up to five full tuition waivers (each worth 29,500 EUR) will be awarded among these candidates based on academic excellence, personal suitability and motivation.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible are all applicants who are currently sponsored by one of the following Sponsorship Organisations:

  • Cusanuswerk e.V.
  • Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Studienwerk (ELES)
  • Evangelisches Studienwerk e.V. Villigst
  • Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung
  • Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit
  • Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung
  • Hans-Böckler-Stiftung
  • Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung
  • Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung
  • Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung
  • Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (sdw)
  • Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes e.V.
