Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Open to Australian residents only
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Any undergraduate degree offered by UniSA
  • Admissible Criteria:
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or hold a Permanent Humanitarian Visa
  • Must have achieved an ATAR of 80 or above (inclusive of any adjustment factors)
  • Must be commencing tertiary education for the first time
  • Must have attended one of the designated South Australian High Schools in the final year of secondary schooling
  • Can be a gap year student, provided the gap does not exceed one calendar year
  • Must be enrolled either full-time or part-time
  • Must submit a written statement detailing academic achievements, aspirations, financial or educational disadvantages, and the intended use of funds.

Offered Benefits

  • The scholarship provides financial assistance of up to $18,600, distributed over three years for full-time students, with pro-rata payments applicable for part-time enrolment. Recipients will receive $6,200 per year, disbursed in two installments after the census dates for Study Period 2 and Study Period 5 respectively.

Application Process

Interested applicants can apply online via “ my Scholarships” from January 22, 2024, to March 13, 2024. Applicants may also be required to attend a selection panel interview.
