The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) is offering limited Undergraduate scholarship, through the GNPC Foundation, to prospective Ghanaian students for the academic year. The scholarship is for degree courses and are tenable at accredited public tertiary Institutions in Ghana. The scholarship covers Tuition, Living Expenses, Book Allowance and Dissertation/Project Allowance.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must:
- Be Ghanaian,
- Have obtained admission to undertake an Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree Program at a local public tertiary Institution at the time of application.
Preference would be given to:
Undergraduates:
- Degree programs in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM); Environment, Health &Sanitation, Special Education and Agricultural Sciences
- Women in Engineering
- Brilliant but needy students
- Physically Challenged
Masters/Ph.D.:
- Oil and Gas related courses
- Science, Technology, and Engineering
- Special Education
Offered Benefits
The GNPC Scholarship, according to a statement signed and issued by the state oil company, covers tuition, living expenses, book allowance and dissertation/project allowance for qualified students.
