The Global Voices Award is now open for the academic session 2025/2026 presented by The International Spectator with support from Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and Fondazione Centro Studi sul Federalismo.
The award is open to authors of articles published in the International Spectator between 1 January and 31 December 2025 that were not initially open access. Eligible articles must demonstrate academic excellence, originality, and a strong commitment to inclusivity through authorship, subject matter, or relevance to underrepresented communities.
The International Spectator is a peer-reviewed journal of international affairs, published by the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI). It provides in-depth analysis on global political and economic issues, with a particular focus on European and Mediterranean affairs. The journal is supported by the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and the Fondazione Centro Studi sul Federalismo, two prominent Italian institutions committed to promoting research, policy dialogue, and scholarship on international cooperation, federalism, and inclusive governance.
