Global PhD Scholarships in Traits Shaping Shellfish Reef Resilience Founded in 1614, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (University of Groningen) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Groningen (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Open to applicants from all nationalities.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in Natural Sciences, Marine Ecology, Environmental Science, or closely related fields.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Meet the PhD admission and English language requirements of both Macquarie University and the University of Groningen.
  • Not already hold or be enrolled in a doctoral degree at any institution.
  • Demonstrate strong research potential and suitability for the project through academic achievements, prior research experience, and a 500-word statement of suitability.
