Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Applicant and both parents must hold non-Korean citizenship
- Age: Under 25 years old as of applicable year
- Education : Associate Degree - High school graduate, Bachelor's Degree - High school or associate degree graduate
- Academic Performance: Cumulative GPA of 80% or higher in the most recent educational program
