Ghent University International PhD Scholarships in Sustainability from Childhood, Belgium Founded in 1817, Universiteit Gent (Ghent University) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Ghent (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), East Flanders. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Vlaams Ministerie van Onderwijs en Vorming, België (Flemish Ministry of Education and Training, Belgium), Universiteit Gent (UGent) is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: 30,000-34,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Universiteit Gent (UGent) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All nationalities
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: PhD in ‘Sustainability from childhood. The effectiveness of communication strategies targeting children and young people to promote sustainable and healthy attitudes and behaviours’.
  • Admissible Criteria: Students should have a master’s degree in social sciences; preferably communication sciences, marketing, and (social) psychology.
