Generation Google Scholarship 2025 for Bachelor

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply, applicants must:

• Be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelors program at an accredited university or college OR currently enrolled as a high school senior for the 2024-2025 academic year
• Intend to be enrolled in or accepted as a full-time student in a Bachelors program at an accredited university in Canada for the 2025-2026 academic year
• Be studying computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field
• Demonstrate leadership
• Demonstrate a strong academic record
• Demonstrate financial need
• Children of Google employees are NOT eligible to apply

Selected students will receive 5,000 CAD

Application Process

You will be asked to complete an online application which includes:

• General background information (e.g. contact information and details about your current and intended universities)
• Family and household information
• Resume/CV
• Two letters of recommendation
• Academic transcripts from your current institution (and prior, if applicable)
• Responses to short answer essay questions
