The Fung Scholars Program supports university students to experience learning, communicating, and networking outside their own culture through overseas exchange programs to different countries. It is a joint scholarship program between Koç University and the Victor and Willian Fung Foundation. It provides full scholarships for six high-achieving students from China to pursue their PhD degrees at any of Koç University’s doctoral programs every year.
