  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in Clinical and Biomedical Sciences
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be nationals of LMIC countries in sub-Saharan Africa
  • Must have obtained or be about to obtain a medical degree, First Class Honours BSc, or a Masters degree at Merit or Distinction level (or equivalent qualifications gained outside the UK) in epidemiology, data science, or a related area
  • If English is not the first language, applicants must meet the required English language proficiency level as per the University of Exeter’s guidelines.

The studentship provides annual funding to cover international tuition fees and a tax-free stipend of at least £19,237 for 3 years of full-time study.
