Application Process

  • How to Apply: Candidates who have applied to a PhD program at Newcastle can get this PhD studentship. All candidates are advised to use through an online postgraduate application system. This support will be awarded automatically to the student if they have successfully taken admission in the required PhD program.
  • Supporting Documents: The students must provide these documents:
  • Attach a cover letter and CV. The covering letter must state the studentship title, quote reference code MSP037, and state how your interests and experience relate to the project. A cv should list the details of two references.
  • Attach degree transcripts and certificates and, if English is not your first language, a copy of your English language qualifications.
  • Admission Requirements: To be enrolled in this program, you must check all the entry requirements of the university.
  • Language Requirement: All the candidates whose first language is not English are asked to provide IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in all other sub-skills.
