Swansea University, in collaboration with EPSRC iCASE and Siemens is offering a fully funded PhD scholarship in Gallium Nitride High Voltage Power Management.   • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in PhD in Electronic and Electrical Engineering
  • Admissible Criteria:
    • Candidates must hold a UK Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Upper Second Class honors in Engineering or a similar relevant science discipline, or an equivalent overseas qualification.
    • English Language proficiency: IELTS 6.5 Overall (with no individual component below 5.5) or an equivalent recognized by Swansea University.
    • Open to candidates of any nationality, though UKRI iCASE studentships have a limit of 30% international students in the cohort.

The scholarship covers full tuition fees, an annual stipend of £19,237, an additional £2,500 top-up, and research expenses.
