The University of Gothenburg welcomes international applications for its Fully funded Doctoral Positions in Economics. Successful candidates will join a diverse research community and pursue a PhD degree in Sweden starting in September 2026.
Applicants must hold a master’s degree or equivalent in economics or a closely related field such as finance or statistics. They should have completed sufficient coursework in economics, including advanced-level studies, and demonstrate strong academic performance.
