  • The academic stages for which the applicant is entitled to apply: Undergraduate / Masters – PhD.
    Students who are in their final year and who have a graduation certificate can apply for this scholarship.
  • Students in the last general secondary stage (baccalaureate) or holders of it can apply for a bachelor’s degree, students in the last bachelor’s level or those who have obtained it can apply for a master’s, students in the last master’s level or those who have it can apply for a doctorate.
    Language certificate is not required and is not required upon application.
    There is no maximum age.
    There is no application fee for this scholarship – only applying for the scholarship is free.

Fully Funded Bachelor’s And Master’s Scholarship, Romania Established in 1971, Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov (Transilvania University of Brasov) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Brasov (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministerul Educa?iei Na?ionale, România (Ministry of National Education, Romania), Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov (UTB) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov (UTB) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 48 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 80-90% making this Romanian higher education organization a least selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You are a student from outside the European Union.
  • The outstanding academic performance of any of the outstanding students. Objectives of offering scholarships to study in Europe:
  • To attract international students to study at the University of Transylvania.
  • To form a group of “ambassadors” for the University of Transylvania and thus increase the international vision of the institution.

    Criteria for admission to a scholarship to study in Europe:

    Important Notes :

    • The student will only bear the travel and visa costs for the country of Romania.
    • Students’ complete passage of each academic year (meaning failure to fail) is a condition for obtaining the scholarship for the following year of study.
    • All documents must be submitted in English and in pdf format, and incomplete files will be rejected.
    • No document can be added to the file after the submission deadline.
    • The evaluation board whose members are appointed by the President of the University of Transylvania in Brasov will be responsible for selecting the candidates.

Application Process

1 - Fill out the online “online” application form.
