The Tony V. Grey Legacy Scholarship is an annual award. It was created by his family and loved ones in partnership with the Filipino American Council of Ventura County to memorialize the life, honor the memory, and commemorate the legacy of Tony V. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, an applicant must be a graduating high school student from a school located in Ventura County and have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0. The scholarship is only for students who are a resident of Ventura County and have at least 50% Filipino heritage.

The fund provides a scholarship of $2,500 to a graduating high school senior in Ventura County, CA. The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,500.
