The University of Strathclyde’s Faculty of Science is offering the International Excellence Award for Postgraduate Taught Masters Students – January 2026. Valued at £7,000 towards tuition fees, this scholarship supports outstanding international students who demonstrate academic excellence and relevant achievements.

To be eligible for the award, applicants must be new international (non-EU), fee-paying students holding an offer for a full-time Postgraduate Taught Masters program in the Faculty of Science starting in January 2026. They must be self-funded and not receiving full financial sponsorship from a government or other funding body.

Faculty of Science International Excellence Awards in UK for Master Founded in 1964, University of Strathclyde is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Glasgow (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Scotland. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: International (non-EU) students

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for any on-campus Postgraduate Taught Masters programme in the Faculty of Science.

  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Be classified as an international, fee-paying student.

    • Hold an offer of admission for a full-time Postgraduate Taught Masters degree in the Faculty of Science for January 2026 entry.

    • Be self-funded (students with full scholarships from governments/embassies are not eligible).

    • Make deposit payments by the specified deadlines if awarded the scholarship.

    • Commit to engage in student ambassador activities during their studies.
