The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the AUF, invites applications for the “Eugen Ionescu” research scholarships. Open to doctoral and postdoctoral researchers from OIF countries, this program provides three-month research mobility at Romanian universities.
The “Eugen Ionescu” Scholarships are open to doctoral students and teacher-researchers from OIF member and observer countries, as well as Algeria. Applicants must belong to higher education institutions that are members of the AUF.The Government of Romania operates as the executive branch of the country, established in 1862, and is headed by the Prime Minister, who is appointed by the President based on a parliamentary vote of confidence. The government comprises various ministries and subordinate institutions, overseeing both domestic and foreign policies while ensuring public administration’s effective leadership.
