Applicants for the EU4Belarus – SALT scholarship must be Belarusian researchers, lecturers, or doctoral students who have faced or are at risk of persecution due to their socio-political activities since 2020. They should provide documented evidence of repression by Belarusian authorities and must secure an invitation from a host institution within the EU.
