The program supports Turkish citizens, Syrians under Temporary Protection, and other international students under International Protection who are pursuing higher education in Turkey.

Eligible applicants must be studying at associate, undergraduate, or graduate levels in fields such as engineering, economics, business, sciences, law, medicine, communication, and related disciplines across universities in Turkey.
